Our domain/hosting seems to have a configuration error:
The www. address should forward requests to the bare domain over SSH, but instead shows errors for www.latticesurgery.com and https://www.latticesurgery.com
There are multiple ways to solve this depending on how it is set up. You can set up an HTTP 301 redirect from www. to the bare domain using a CNAME record.
But I'm not sure on the specifics of our setup.
