Algassert Integration

Integrate the UI from https://algassert.com/quirk so that users can drag and drop edit circuits and compile them or upload them on the spot

This is a good idea. Another idea is that since lattice surgery complier naturally imports circuits as JSON I think it would be easier to just take the JSON output in quirk and just make it compatible to lattice surgery.

So you build your circuit in Quirk and then export your circuit and just import it into lattice surgery rather than making the UIs compatible, I think this would be much easier to implement.
