xAI launched the Grok Build coding CLI and its plugin marketplace, which reuses Anthropic's plugin format under .grok-plugin/ naming. Package the Last9 toolkit for Grok Build alongside the existing Claude Code and Codex manifests: - plugins/last9/.grok-plugin/plugin.json mirrors the Claude Code manifest (skills auto-discovered from the shared skills/ directory) - .grok-plugin/marketplace.json lets users add this repo as a Grok Build marketplace and install the last9 plugin in-terminal - README and plugin README document the Grok Build install and hosted-MCP configuration path No local MCP server is bundled; Last9 MCP remains hosted and org-specific. https://claude.ai/code/session_01MFpkKxVB3ouA2fbGeJhj1f

Summary
This PR adds official support for Grok Build as a plugin marketplace alongside existing Claude Code and Codex integrations. The Last9 observability plugin is now available through Grok Build's plugin marketplace.
