This pull request adds support for the rustfs, solving #820.

I tried a few other alternatives, like Garage and JuiceFS, although they may be more powerful, I didn't find a relatively simply drop-in replacement for MinIO for (local) development.

Could you please test this? I'm creating this as a draft, because I can test this only later on Monday, the syntax looks correctly.

Even if this passes, there is still some minor work to move away from Minio in the Laravel Sail Server.

@DarkGhostHunter I wanted to let MinIO stay for now, since it would break everything for current users.

I would like to ask for a review.

This seems to be the most closable Minio replacement, and it seems not to have any telemetry. The origin seems mixed, but I think it started in China?

If you want, I can contact the RustFS these questions.

I think Minio should be replaced asap. But I'll opt out to delete it right away. It will give developers time to migrate.
