Fix Eslint config so that it uses rules from .prettierrc

This enables editors (like VSCode) to check for rules present in .prettierrc and flag violations inline in file editors.

I can also add my 2 cents, that it's basically always better to have format on save in the preferred editor or use pre-commit hooks.
