opencode supports CLAUDE.md so instead of creating AGENTS.md can we create CLAUDE.md. This single instructions file will cover both opencode and claude code. and we will have less instruction files :) |
I'm aware, however, most people using CLAUDE.md are going to be using CC not opencode...not sure if we want opencode automatically selected in that case |

The `which` command is not always available whereas `command -v` is a POSIX built-in.
