Initializes .agents/skills/ with the standard agent-skills package from vercel-labs.

Changes

• Added 4 skills (108 files total):
  • vercel-composition-patterns - React composition patterns
  • vercel-react-best-practices - React/Next.js performance patterns
  • vercel-react-native-skills - React Native best practices
  • web-design-guidelines - UI compliance review guidelines

Notes

Current skills are React-focused. Future work could add C++-specific or Bitcoin Core-specific skills as the repository's needs evolve.
