Please could you explain why we have आ here and in the subsequent lines? रेखांकित or its transliteration works okay on its own IMO.

We can't have both the languages at once. It's either right hand border or the one suggested below.
Also, the second line is not translated correctly and doesn't have correct subject/object verb agreement. Please amend it.
