Adding best practice/improvement section for machine controller and suported-providers.
It addresses the topic of improving storage performance by adding multiple PV-SCSI controller to a VM.
For more infos see the references part of the docs.

Added a section on improving disk performance with multiple PV-SCSI controllers in vSphere environments, including steps and references.
