Reconcile stability values between schema and docs (experimental) #184

metadata_schema.json restricts stability to alpha|beta|stable, but the repository documentation (docs/CONTRIBUTING.md) still lists experimental as a valid value. This inconsistency can cause contributors to hit unexpected validation failures.

Add experimental to the schema enum.
