- windows.yml: remove duplicate top-level 'permissions: contents: write' that overrode the narrower 'contents: read' block; move 'contents: write' to the release job only, where it's actually needed - clang-format.yml: add missing 'permissions: contents: read, pull-requests: read' block to avoid inheriting overly broad default token permissions
- github-actions: weekly checks for action version updates - docker (docker/ and root): weekly checks for base image updates All PRs are labeled and use conventional commit prefixes.
Add 'permissions: contents: read, pull-requests: read' to asan, docker, frankenphp, linux, tsan, and ubsan workflows to avoid inheriting overly broad default token permissions.
