I went ahead and made a new official version number even though nothing major changed with the library. However, a number of minor fixes to default values, the command line parser, and export options in the test tool were added that are useful.

Now the wavefront OBJ file output 'decomp.obj' has colors assigned to make it easier to view the results.

You can also export the results as a USDA file. It doesn't have everything needed in it for physics simulation, it just exports the hulls in a way you can view visually in a USDA viewing tool like Omniverse.

Also, the windows executable is now 64 bit which is needed when playing around with very high decomposition depths.

This release reflects the new version 4 of V-HACD which was a complete and total rewrite of all previous versions. In addition there has been a lot of cleanup and refactoring of the code as well as bug fixes and various feature requests.

I would like to give a particular thanks to @Evangel63 who did a massive code cleanup that reduced the code size by almost 3,000 lines. He also found a memory leak and fixed it.

Also, just thanks to everyone who has made contributions to the code to improve it. I find this very gratifying as the whole point of open source is that the community can make something better. And you have.
