This allows the user to disable the auto-focus of the search bar (by disabling existing auto-focus on Home key option). So the option is renamed and has clearer description, and if user enables it, there is a warning that it will prevent elements sliding away on the landing page.
The PR also clears up a number of conflicts and race conditions caused by the UI animations, and poor interaction of the feature with the Library iframe.
