Map Coupang Move with Urgency onto bias-for-action - #59

Flip the pending map on Move with Urgency to a landed map in the audit pass, and drop 3014 from the expected pending list. The audit checker now fails until facets.json carries the mapping, which the next commit adds. Refs #49. The record already lists bias for action as an equivalent, and inaction as a threat is that behavior, so the whole principle joins the facet the way Arm 2007 did: all six of its rows become source refs, in record order. Coupang 3014 lands on
bias-for-action, the pending map from the #45 audit. The record carriesbias for actionas an equivalent, the whole-principle pattern, so all six of its rows become source refs in record order:reversible-decision,waiting-for-perfect,inaction-as-a-threat,escalating-fast,speed-and-defects,long-decisions. The facet's principles are now[1009, 2007, 3014, 6007].
