(lib)mcrypt encryption support. Supported algorithms: 3: tripledes, 8: blowfish, 14-16: rijndael-128 - rijndael-256. To enable more algorithms figure out key_size / iv_size and add those to @@MCRYPT_PARAMS.

This adds ruby-mcrypt (3des, blowfish and rijndael-128 - rijndael-256) encryption support.
