Hey Keploy team, I applied for a frontend intern position two days ago and received an email about the assignment for Task 1. I’ve been working on issue #2381 created by @TvisharajiK and raised a PR for it two hours ago. However, I was unassigned from the issue about 20 minutes ago, and another contributor is now working on it without being assigned.

You know, absolutely! Everyone’s time is important, and I hope we can clarify this situation to avoid any misunderstandings. why work is being assigned without proper assignments.

Hey @techmannih we are sorry for any misunderstandings. We got a lot of applications and we want to give everyone a fair and equal chance.

Since it's an open-ended task, we are accepting as many PRs to the same issue and the ones that get through the code-review process first will be merged. Your contributions will still be considered for interview if you raised a PR, just that contributors whose PR is merged have higher scores.

So you can keep working on the task and it'll be evaluated on your PR quality. For any further queries please mail at [email protected]

Thank you for clarifying the situation. I appreciate the opportunity to continue working on the task and understand how the evaluation process works. I was concerned that being unassigned from the issue meant my PR wouldn’t be considered, so I’m glad to know that it will still be evaluated. I’ll strive to submit a high-quality contribution.
