Development Process

This document outlines the week-to-week development process for the Weill Cornell handwritten transcription group.

Monday

• Meet weekly at 4:00-6:30pm
• Assess current location, both in terms of models and product direction
• Set deliverables for the week

Tuesday

• Weekly work time from 4:30-5:50pm

Friday / Saturday

• Continue on to any work from Tuesday
• Generally, visits to WCMC and contacting external advisors will occur on these days

Sunday

• Confirm weekly artifacts as a group remotely
• Send weekly update to Dr. Cole.
• Update this repo to denote weekly progress.

Every two weeks:

• Discuss with advisor Dr. Cole in person or through conference call
