Kea failing inside typescript

Any kea command fails with this error:

Have used Kea extensively before in other projects with no issues. Have cleared caches for yarn, removed node_modules, etc.

I've also tried modulating TS versions to >5.0.0, and using latest kea-typegen versions too. All run into the same errors. Local node is 23.11.0
