DEVOPS-2382 Fix missing cog.aux

The params that the KBPArallel gets are failing with a missing cog.aux file

When you make a cell for DomainAnnotation you can see

        "dms_ref": "KBasePublicGeneDomains/All-1.0.10",

These look good to me. My testing of the beta version of the module seems to confirm that the fix is working.
