CGDevTools support

CGDevTools Library is very well supported, indeed the main application which I developed and it's in production is based on CGDevTools and IWBootstrap.

To use CGDevTools a separated package is included. It contains only one component, TIWBSCGJQRegion which extend original TCGJQRegion with IWBootstrap functionality. Additionaly there is a unit IWCGJQComponentsHacks.pas that you must include in every unit of your project at interfase area after all other used units. This unit is not critical, it only fixes some visual issues.
