Implements a gETH-like namespaces feature for RPC
Created 7 categories: General, Networking, DAG, Mining, Wallet, Metrics and Mempool.
By default all namespaces are available.
To limit use
--rpc-api="General, Networking"and unavailable namespaces will throw an Error likeDAG namespace is not available.and GetInfo call can be used to check available namespaces.
