Reduces front page font-sizes and adjusts horizontal layout issues that rendered the page beyond the targeted screen viewport

Edit to front page font size and layout to make the site somewhat readable on devices < 375px wide.
@pirog I picked a place that looked good to insert some CSS code and am not 100% sure if this code is in the right spot. If it is not please let me know. Also, these changes are very minor and serve as a test for the process. Let me know if you have any tips.
