Version v1.0.2

This version brings out minor changes in the software which it includes removal of unnecessary options, change in Docs etc

Here's a short list...

  • README update
  • Removal of GitLab pipeline (to be refactored soon)
  • The error.txt option is now considered stale as no one will use it usually
  • Help menu revamp
  • Minor changes in codebase
