Update homepage to reflect Draft 6 support

The homepage still listed only Draft 3 and 4 as supported, despite Draft 6 support being added in jsonrainbow/json-schema#835 and already appearing in the Bowtie compliance report.

Changes

• Updated _pages/index.blade.php to include Draft 6 in the Standards Compliant section
• Rebuilt site to generate updated HTML

The "Standards Compliant" feature now accurately reflects "(Draft 3, 4, and 6)" support.

<issue_description>See jsonrainbow/json-schema#835 where draft 6 support was added. The definition on https://bowtie.report/#/implementations/php-justinrainbow-json-schema also lists draft 6 already and so should our main page.</issue_description>
