This workflow tooling change is missing the required project-map update: root AGENTS.md says any commit that changes behavior, config, or tooling must update FORJAMIE.md in the same changeset and add a Recent Changes entry. Since this commit only changes .github/workflows/**, the map remains stale for the actions/checkout v7 rollout and violates the repo’s doc gate.
