Hi there!
❌ As noted in our README, js.org is focusing on granting subdomain requests to projects with a clear relation to the JavaScript ecosystem and community.
Projects such as personal pages, blogs, and Discord bot pages will no longer be accepted. Projects such as NPM packages, libraries, tools that have a clear direct relation to JavaScript, will be accepted when requesting a JS.ORG subdomain.
Need a subdomain for a project that doesn't fall within the criteria for JS.ORG? Take a look at https://github.com/js-org/js.org/wiki/Similar-Services
Earlier, I was planning to make a personal website, but now I will make a portfolio website. |
Don't waste our time repeatedly submitting requests for content that is a personal site and that isn't directly related to the JavaScript ecosystem/community 👍 |
But I want to make a portfolio website now and I have submitted a demo also. |
Their explanation has been pretty clear, but in case you were still wondering why you keep being rejected, the following portion of @MattIPv4's response should provide you with the answer:
A portfolio website is still a personal page, which is not eligible. Continuing to quote from @MattIPv4's response, to be eligible, your project must have "a clear relation to the JavaScript ecosystem and community.". Also included was the specific criteria for what exactly makes a project eligible:
A personal website, portfolio or not, does not contribute to the wider JavaScript ecosystem as a whole, and is therefore not eligible. |
bruh, no means no! move on. |
