ULTRASPEED is an ULTRAKILL mod that tries hard to be funny. This mod adds ULTRASPEED mode that can be activated by pressing left-alt.
Firstly, download the latest ULTRASPEED version, you can do it here. Then you need to extract a folder with a name "ULTRASPEED" from our zip archive we downloaded before to your UMM mods directory ( tutorial on how to install UMM is here )
