It appears this broken Python 3 support, I'll have to fix it before merging it in. I am surprised that Google still hasn't updated their protobuff to prevent this from happening with relative imports. |

Added support for Gazebo 1.4, might want to merge into a new a branch as I can not create a pull request for that new branch.
