VLC Media Player does not need to be installed separately to run this version.

Rooster coder using more generally compatible VLC instead of javafx for video

VLC will need to be installed on the target machine in a supported location. Start the program in the console and view the log output for supported locations. If VLC is not in a supported location, the program will not start.
