Bumping @types/node to ^25 makes type-checking assume Node 25 APIs even though this repo still runs on Node 20 in production and key CI jobs (Dockerfile:3, .github/workflows/e2e.yml:42, .github/workflows/checks.yml:76). This weakens compile-time safety because code can now pass TypeScript using Node-25-only APIs and then fail at runtime on Node 20.
