Hey mate, I'm testing this one and for me it stays as my email no matter what tailnet I'm connected to. Update: further testing reveals that the subtitle will change if i toggle tailscale down and then up again, either by pressing the button or via the cli. However just switching between tailnets linked to the same email address does not trigger an update.
Note: I have doctored the screenshot to hide my real email etc, so ignore font and alignment issues. Here are the tailnets I have setup, with the aliases I have set for them.

This fix updates the subtitle according to the connected network
