简介
主要原因是相当多的开源技术文档为英文编写，所以为了帮助英文不是很好的中文开发者，就做了这个Agent。次要原因是这个项目作为一个翻译项目竟然没有专门用于技术翻译的Agent，以后可能还会有翻译工作，希望这个能帮上忙。
