LibreFind is a free and lightweight Android app that scans your device, identifies proprietary software, and recommends Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) alternatives.
LibreFind helps you replace proprietary apps with FOSS alternatives. It uses a community-driven database (powered by Supabase) to detect apps and suggest better, privacy-respecting options.
- Scan Installed Apps: Identify proprietary software on your device.
- Discover Alternatives: Get recommendations for FOSS replacements.
- Community Contribution: Submit new alternatives directly from the app.
- Sovereignty Score: track how many of your apps are FOSS.
- How to Contribute: Learn how to add new apps to the database.
- Privacy Policy: view our privacy policy.
