Edition 6

A big update. Adds appendix on linear algebra, and a couple of new optional sections. Further a lot of smaller changes/improvements throughout.

This version should be backwards compatible with version 5. Mostly just page numbers are changed, but Chapters, sections, exercises are all numbered the same.
