docs: add v0.2 adoption examples

• Add ready-to-copy v0.2 adoption examples for advisory, config/baseline, and blocking rollout modes.
• Add example config and baseline files for public adoption docs.
• Link the examples from README and docs, and note the documentation change in CHANGELOG.
