The original sources of DMAKE were available from:
http://dmake.wticorp.com
but this site has not been reachable for some time. The sources were later adopted by the Sun OpenOffice.org team and development was continued in their 'tools' project. With the move of OpenOffice.org to the Apache Software Foundation, all development on DMAKE has been abandoned. The home page of the OpenOffice.org 'tools' project is:

As noted there, the DMAKE sources used to be found in the Apache-Extras site. However, this has since gone by the wayside and alternative development on various flavors was started on Github.
This version of DMAKE is derived from dmake-4.12.tar.bz2 taken from the below downloads address:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/oooextras.mirror/files/dmake-4.12.tar.bz2
It includes fixes from:

The goal is for this version to be the canonical and "official" version for Apache OpenOffice 4.1.x and later. Pull requests, patches, suggestions, etc are all welcomed!
