Github API has started the cut over to v2.x.

See https://github.com/hub4j/github-api/releases/tag/github-api-2.0.0-alpha-1

Testing done

The changes should be non-breaking to any recent Jenkins as long as it hasn't been using deprecated methods. Could one of the other plugin developers take a look at testing?
