Publish the owner-authorized 1.1.1 packaging correction for marketplace submission #5181. Remove AGENTS.md from the installable tree, add a CI guard against installed agent instruction files, bump the manifest and changelog, and correct release documentation. The runtime tree is unchanged from candidate 25552c2.
Preparation PR #10 passed both required checks. This promotion branch includes current main; both required checks must also pass here before promotion. After merging once, main will immediately be locked, the resulting full SHA tagged v1.1.1, and the existing submission updated for fresh validation.
