This spell checker is based on Peter Norvig's Spelling Corrector found here http://norvig.com/spell-correct.html

I did not create this, but I have utilized it on several occassions.
The creator is NairiHakobyan and I found his adaptation of of Peter Norvig's Spelling corrector here https://www.kaggle.com/hakobyan/spell-py/code.
