🆕 Major New Features

🫧 Shared Air/Oxygen System (/gamerule shareAir)

  • Synchronized breathing - All players share the same air supply
  • Underwater mechanics:
    • Air depletes faster when multiple players are underwater
    • Drowning damage affects the whole team through shared health
    • Players not underwater still see shared air level (bubbles)
  • Air regeneration when all players are above water
  • Strategic coordination required for underwater exploration

🔥 Shared Fire System (/gamerule shareFire)

  • Synchronized burning - When one player catches fire, all players burn
  • Shared fire duration - Longest fire time applies to all players
  • Smart extinguishing - Water/rain extinguishes fire for everyone
  • Fire damage management - Prevents duplicate fire damage
  • Natural vs managed fire distinction for proper damage handling

🐛 Bug Fixes

🏥 Respawn System Overhaul

  • Fixed respawn health/hunger bug - Players now always respawn with full health and hunger
  • Cross-dimension death sounds - Death audio now plays correctly when dying in Nether/End
  • Improved audio timing - Death sounds no longer get overridden by dimension travel sounds
  • Shared component sync - All shared values (health, hunger, air, fire) properly reset on respawn

🔄 Additional Sharing Options

  • Shared Status Effects (/gamerule shareStatusEffects) - All players receive the same potion effects with synchronized duration and amplifier
  • Shared Experience (/gamerule shareExperience) - XP orbs collected by one player benefit all, shared XP levels and points
  • Shared Ender Pearls (/gamerule shareEnderPearls) - When one player uses an ender pearl, all players teleport together across dimensions

🎮 Core Speedrun System

  • Countdown Timer (/countdownstart, /countdownstop) - Displays persistent timer in action bar, kills all players and resets them at spawn
  • Pre-countdown Effects - Applies blindness, slowness, and mining fatigue during 5-second pre-countdown
  • Timer Start - Shows "Timer lööft" when starting with goat horn sound
  • Persistent Glowing - Glowing effect on all players reapplied every 3 seconds (milk-proof)
  • Inventory Clearing - Clears player inventories on countdown start to prevent item hoarding

📊 Real-time Damage Feed

  • Sidebar Display - Real-time damage tracking on the right side of screen
  • Last 8 Events - Shows recent damage across all players
  • Format: PlayerName took X damage from Source
  • Color Progression - Red (fresh) → Gray (recent) → Dark Gray (old)
  • Smart Display - Auto-removes after 6 seconds, hides when empty
  • Reset Command - /resetscoreboard to clear the feed

☠️ Enhanced Death System

  • Team Death Logic - Death only triggers team wipe during active countdown
  • Cross-Dimension Sync - Deaths work correctly from any dimension (Nether, End, Overworld)
  • Death Title - "EVERYONE DIED" with wither spawn sound
  • Death Statistics - Shows deaths, kills, damage dealt/taken, distance walked for each player
  • Auto World Reset - Automatic world deletion 30 seconds after team death
  • Improved Audio - Death sound plays reliably after respawn with higher volume

🐉 Ender Dragon Victory Celebration

Only triggers if countdown timer was active!

Epic Victory Sequence:

  • Victory Title - "DRAGON DEFEATED!" golden title displayed for 15 seconds
  • Completion Time - Shows exact speedrun completion time
  • Audio Celebration - Pigstep music plays from End center (0, 68, 0) + goat horn victory sound
  • Fireworks Show - Random colorful fireworks every 0.5 seconds for 10 seconds around all players
  • Statistics Display - Comprehensive stats with MVP player identification

Player Protection During Victory:

  • Creative Mode - All players automatically switched to creative
  • Regeneration 100 - Instant healing effect
  • Resistance 100 - Complete damage immunity
  • Glowing Effect - Enhanced visibility
  • Fall Damage Disabled - No fall damage during celebration
  • Milk-Proof Effects - All effects reapplied every 2 seconds
  • Death Immunity - Deaths during victory don't trigger run reset

End Portal Prevention:

  • No Portal Spawn - End portal doesn't appear after dragon death
  • Extended Celebration - Players stay in The End for full victory experience

World Preservation:

  • Victory Worlds Saved - Successful runs rename world to victory_{timestamp}
  • Failed Runs Deleted - Death/reset runs delete world completely
  • 60-Second Countdown - Action bar countdown before server reset

📝 Utility Commands

  • Coordinate Sharing (/coords <label>) - Share coordinates with all players, displays as blue text with dimension indicator
  • Force Reset (/reset) - Immediate world deletion and server restart (no confirmation)
  • Scoreboard Reset (/resetscoreboard) - Clear damage feed display

🔧 Technical Improvements

  • Cross-Dimension Tab List - Player names update correctly across all dimensions
  • Enhanced Audio System - Sounds play correctly from any dimension with proper timing
  • Smart Shutdown Manager - Proper world cleanup with victory vs death distinction
  • Component Synchronization - Enhanced synchronization of all shared components
  • State Management - Proper countdown and victory state tracking
