add i18n api to new langs

add 5 new langs

Currently, the website supports 16 languages, and with this commit, I’ve added 5 more, further expanding the linguistic diversity. The supported languages now are:

German (de)
English (en)
Spanish (es)

Hungarian (hu)
Italian (it)
Japanese (ja)

With today’s additions, the new supported languages are Czech (cs), Hungarian (hu), Dutch (nl), Filipino (ph), and Serbian (sr).
