I'm waiting for a istio member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

Thanks for the contribution! I'm not 100% sure it's something we want to go with. My initial thoughts:

• we have limited the number of things in this header for width:

• the header "English" doesn't immediately suggest to me this is a language drop down

• I might ask our zh-cn audience if they think this is useful first?

I have changed language menu title to en/关于, much clearer
