Addresses #336
Confirmed that packages build, install, and pass tests on both AlmaLinux 8 and RockyLinux 9.
Based on packaging in irods/irods seen here: https://github.com/irods/irods/blob/ef4e7f8d30f241c8659fef133b616073ef1af500/cmake/packaging.cmake#L50 There's also a line excluding
/libfor RockyLinux, but I didn't have any issues with that here, so, I left it out for now.
