Expanded the API to implement the "ipfs p2p forward", "ipfs p2p listen" and "ipfs p2p close" commands.
Updated __init__ to recognise the new p2p module in the same folder.

I have expanded the API to include functionality equivalent to the following IPFS CLI commands:
