includes a major version bump. now that Bundler has first-class support for DSL hooks and proper locking of plugins, we can simplify a lot of stuff. this includes the preamble, so a lot of the new code is to handle automatically updating the preamble. several pre-existing bugs were found, and checksums are now supported.
specs have been cleaned up due to version changes of available gems, new ruby versions, and avoiding flaky interactions with system gems. spec helpers have been added and improved.

Match checksum sources before copying parent checksums
lib/bundler/multilock.rb:553
Require matching sources before copying checksums, as Check#checksums_match? already does. Matching only full_name also matches the same gem, version, and platform from a different registry. If those registries serve different artifacts, this overwrites the alternate artifact's checksum with the parent's digest and can cause subsequent downloads to fail checksum validation.
In a nested Bundler command, a newly supplied absolute BUNDLE_LOCKFILE can differ from the inherited original value. For /project/custom, this fallback then returns both /project/custom and custom. If the Gemfile declares both lockfile "./custom" and lockfile "custom", add_lockfile activates both and raises “Only one lockfile … can be flagged as active.” Resolve these alternatives to a single declaration, preferring an exact path match, or preserve the original selector across nested commands. Add a regression test combining nested execution with these two declarations.
Fix prerelease-incompatible Bundler requirement in example
README.md:58
This example uses ~> 2.0, which does not satisfy the version currently declared by this PR (2.0.0.beta1); users copying the documented preamble during this release will have Bundler reject the plugin requirement. Use a prerelease-aware requirement such as ~> 2.0.0.beta1, or update the documentation when the final 2.0.0 is released.
