apx is a public repo; internal tracker IDs and URLs (e.g. Jira) leak corporate info. Only reference GitHub issues/PRs of apx or its dependencies, and keep internal-to-GitHub links one-directional.

Adds a Critical Rule to
CLAUDE.md: sinceinfobloxopen/apxis public, do not reference internal or non-GitHub trackers (e.g. Jira IDs/URLs) in commits, PRs/issues, code comments, or docs — they leak corporate info.Only reference GitHub issues/PRs of apx or an APX dependency; when an internal ticket tracks the work, the internal ticket links OUT to the GitHub issue, not the reverse.
