We're skipping the indexing-co npm org — the CLI publishes as @indexing/cli, next to @indexing/jiti in the existing indexing org.

  • package.json / package-lock.json: name → @indexing/cli; also normalized repository.url to git+https:// (silences an npm publish warning)
  • README.md + integration test user-agent: updated references
  • publish.yml: single publish step (drops the dual-scope rename dance)

Bin names are unchanged — the command is still indexing-co (and ico).

⚠️ Merge order: @indexing/cli@0.1.1 must be published manually first and its Trusted Publisher configured (Settings → Trusted Publisher → GitHub Actions, repo indexing-co/indexing-co-cli, workflow publish.yml) — then merging this will auto-publish 0.1.2.
