…port Added tests to `.github/workflows/ci-docker.yml` to ensure the Docker container correctly parses the custom server port setting via `default.yaml`. Tests were added to generate a custom configuration and confirm the new port is respected and verified by both the container healthcheck and the external `/health` endpoint.
