If your are from X college then only u can join the college group.If u want to join The college group u should provide the college ID in order to Enter into College group. Then ur ID/Your_Profile will be review by admin or 5 other member of the Group then u will get entry into college group. Problem: Now a days in FB there are many post which we don't want to see or spam posts, which is not our friend post. We try to clean the unwanted post. Unlike FB u can see the College Group/Member post only.
