Adds support for bundled custom grid layouts
Ensures the layout state reflects window additions and removals by updating the order tracking accordingly.
previously there were cases where closing a window wouldn't trigger a reflow -- this should be working now.

This PR adds commits that provides/bundles a dynamic-grid layout, and optional keybindings for directionally shifting focus and swapping windows. Feel free to take what you want from it.
